Issue:

Navigating to http://localhost:1968/ results in an error


Causes:

The ECE Licensing Service is not installed or running.

Solution:

To check if the service is running, open the Windows Services and start the ECE Licensing Service.

  1. Click the Windows start button or use the Windows Key.
  2. Search for Services
  3. Open the Services App



In the Services App, find and start the ECE Licensing Service.

  1. Find the ECE Licensing Service 
  2. Start it by Right-clicking -> Start or using the Start the service button on the left.

If you do not see the ECE Licensing Service, then you will need to install the ECE License  Manager. The ECE License Manager can be downloaded here:  Download Page .
