ECE recently has come across an auto-routing issue within CADWorx® when trying to auto-route using the midpoint grip on a conduit run. The combination of a CADWorx® user shape and using the midpoint auto-routing grip will cause the users intended component to disappear and a message in the command line stating "Error Reading Data for User shape". As seen in screenshots below.
A simple and effective solution for this CADWorx® issue is to drop/route a component in space (usually right next to the conduit run the user wishes to drop the ELECTROWorx component on), move the ELECTROWorx component using the midpoint of the components centerline, and drop that component at the desired location on the conduit run.
