Causes:
ECE Design Support has requested a copy of your Worx Plugins Log file.
Solution:
- In a web browser Navigate to: http://localhost:1968/worxlogs
- Use the download button
- Email the file you just downloaded to support@ecedesign.com
Or in older versions
- Navigate to:
%APPDATA%\ECE Design\Worx Plugins\Logs
You can get there by pasting the path above into the Address bar of Windows Explorer.
