Issue:

You try to run the Drawing Setup Tool in I-Configure and you receive the error:

 

Solution:

  • Close CADWorx and/or Caesar II, and I-Configure

  • Download and unzip the attached zip file

  • Unblock the zip file (Windows Blocking Downloaded Files…)

  • Navigate to:

    • C:\CADWorx 201X\Plant\Isogen\I-Configure\Application Components

    • or

    • C:\Program Files (x86)\Intergraph CAS\CAESAR II 2013 R1\I-Configure\Application Components

  • Backup or rename the existing files

  • Copy unzipped and unblocked files to current location

Notes:

Make sure you backup all files before updating.
