Issue: A user has crashed and opens another session which takes up another license. How can we release the licenses?

Resolution: Follow the steps below to release all licenses.

Note: This procedure will releases all licenses. Including the ones that are open. Please close all instances of CADWorx before proceeding.

1. On the user's computer, press "Win + R" and type in "services.msc" without the quotes.

2. Look for a service in this list called "SPLM - Intergraph Smart Plant License Manager.   Right click it, and choose Restart.

3. That's it.  The License has now been released from this computer.
